This updated and wide open 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is an ideal destination for families and groups looking to unwind in perfect style while being just 6 minutes from the beach. Enjoy the huge private pool, large covered back patio and a host of other amenities, including beach equipment, fully stocked open kitchen and outdoor TV to enjoy the games while grilling dinner with your favorite cocktail in hand.

The split plan home features a master bedroom with King bed, walk in shower and en suite bath with a door to the outside and pool area. The other side of the house across the kitchen provides the indoor laundry area and closet with beach gear. One bedroom features a single queen bed with a pocket door to the bathroom with a tub. The other bedroom features 2 queen beds with double doors to the pool and door to the bath.
Access
Full access except the garage.
Neighborhood
A family friendly and safe neighborhood to enjoy and evening walk. Stock up on groceries .5 miles away and jump in the car or uber to the beach 6 minutes away. You can walk to the beach but it is a 2 mile walk.
Notes
The outdoor area is a beautiful covered patio and pool. The grill and fire pit should not be operated under the patio roof. The pool is not heated at this time. The child safety fence will be put up upon request but it will not be up without a request. Please keep the sliding glass doors shut while the AC and or heat is on.
House Rules
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes for people coming to the property. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up. $500 minimum fine for smoking inside the house. There is a great outdoor space for you to smoke.

10/10 Great stay!! My family enjoyed everything about the home . Kids spent majority time in the pool while we relaxed under comfortable covered patio..The host Nathan and Joann were informative and responsive. The house was the perfect vacation getaway!

My family and I loved Nathan’s place!!! It felt like home. The house is beautiful and clean, the pool was amazing and is little kids friendly!. The hosts are amazing! They communicated fast and accommodated our requests and more. This is going to be our go to from now on when we are in the area! Recommend 100%.

Hola la casa es bellísima cómoda y está ubicada perfectamente Publix al lado Cvs cerca el acceso a la playa es cerca en carro 15 Min aproximadamente las mejores playas el patio nos encanto con la piscina deliciosa . Me quedaría muchas veces en esta casa su historia es muy amable y siempre en comunicación gracias Nathan ♥️🙏🏻

Great great! Everything was awesome. We had a great time in the pool and fun bbq. Dog loved the backyard to run around. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great had everything we needed. Close to multiple beaches. Great communication with host, accommodating my every need and there to answer all my questions. Family and I talked about coming back again and again

This may be one of the easiest reviews I’ve given in my years of renting through Airbnb. We had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable, the room layout was perfect for our family, and there were many special touches throughout the home that made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is great!! The hosts are just amazing!They are super friendly and soo helpful. This Airbnb has the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in so far! A great neighborhood, very peaceful and quite. And you can’t beat that the beautiful Gulf is only 6 minutes away. Don’t think twice just book this place! The pool and back porch were absolutely amazing. My little ones didn’t wanna go to the beach half the time just wanted to hang out at the house lol and shoot we did too. Also, very family friendly home. They have it all!! Thank you Nate and Joann for being such great hosts. We can’t wait to come back!!

This place was great! It was only 6 minutes to the beach and the wagon they provided with sand toys and beach chairs was great! The pool was a nice sized and had a great outdoor area with a tv. Well stocked kitchen and grill was nice. It was very clean. Joann and Nathan were great and very responsive, probably the most responsive hosts I’ve worked with. It was very close to grocery store which was convenient. We would stay here again!

My family had a great and relaxing time here. The pool was wonderful, and the home had everything we needed for vacation. It was nice that they supplied beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys) as well as infant items so we didn't have to bring a pack an play and highchair. We really appreciated the gate that they put up around the pool, so we didn't have to worry about my granddaughter falling into the pool. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very quickly. Overall, nice needed relaxing week with family before heading back up north to finish out the school year.
