Bring the whole family with lots of room for fun.  The split bedroom plan has a huge open concept perfect for being together and relaxing from a day at the beach or cooking a meal while the kids watch TV.  3 total smart TV's allow everyone to binge what they want...although we recommend heading outside to the screened in porch or grilling up some burgers while you play games.  Only 6 minutes to the beach and plenty of shopping close by ensures you will have everything you need.

The main area of the house is a wide open concept with the kitchen, living and dining room one large area perfect for hanging out together.  The 75" smart TV can be seen from any spot in the living room.  Plenty of space to stretch out, unpack, read your book and plan the next day's adventures.  Fast wifi for those who still need to get a little work done while they play.

Access

You will have access to the entire home. With a personal combo for the door lock.

Interaction With Guests

We live right around the corner and can provide assistance and give you insight to the house and amenities if needed.

Neighborhood

A quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets and sidewalks. A small lake where its always fun to walk down and feed the ducks and turtles. Walmart just blocks away, Seminole Shopping Center, Target and other stores just a short 5-10 minute drive away. While we have coffee at the house, a short walk brings you to a Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks for your morning caffeine boost.

Notes

NO SMOKING inside.  There is a back porch and patio you can smoke to your hearts content. But any smoking inside will result in a $500 minimum fine.

House Rules

No guests or pets are to occupy the property that are not on the reservation.

PETS:
You must request approval to bring a pet prior to booking. If an animal is brought without prior approval your reservation will be terminated. If you are traveling with a service or emotional support animal this should be disclosed PRIOR to booking. Should you have a service or ESA, given their role in providing service or emotional support, assistance animals should not be left alone at our home. No cats permitted.

Parties and Events:
There are not to be any parties or events.  I'm not talking about singing happy birthday to your children.  The only people that should be at the house are the people on the reservation.  A lot can be done with some simple communication, just shoot me a message and we will figure it out if something changes.

If you just need a place to stay and don’t really care whether or not it’s clean or not, then stop reading and book it. But if you’re kind of type A like me and get the icks and yucks at places you stay and feel like you have to spend the first hour of your stay cleaning to be able to stay where you just spent your money, then keep reading because that is 100% NOT how I felt about this place! Nathan’s place was more than acceptable and clean for our family with 2 little ones (age 4&6). Each of the four beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were filled with clean and fresh smelling towels, clean sinks, toilets, and showers! The back yard is a dream for those who love to enjoy their morning coffee outside or like to end their evening with a drink and some cards. The ease to do laundry before we left was so appreciated and Nathan’s responsiveness was unmatched. The drive to Madeira beach was less than ten minutes and we visited daily! We will book here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Nathan’s place was absolutely perfect! The binder with all the local cuisine and things to do made it so much easier to plan what we were doing! The house looked just like the photos and Nathan was very responsive when need be! Check in/out was super easy, and the instructions for check out were clearly lined in the binder! Everything that was listed in the home listing was there and included! Perfect place for our family to stay. Absolutely will be staying again!

All I can say are good things about our stay at Nathan’s place. Just as shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable, with plenty of places to hang out and relax. Close to everything! And best of all was the proximity to Madeira Beach! It literally took minutes to get to the beach parking lot! Nathan was great. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Wi-Fi was good to get some work done while there. Thanks for a great stay!

This was an absolutely fantastic airbnb. it was spacious, beautiful, and just what we needed. Nathan was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt. We had our dog with us and appreciated the large backyard. Overall, not only was it exactly what we needed, but it was even better than we expected. I highly recommend this airbnb. Oh, and the neighborhood was well decorated or Christmas, which was when we booked this lovely place.

The unit was nice, clean, well furnished, and exactly as shown in the photographs. If anything it was more spacious than we expected. The patio area was a great place to relax and the backyard is fully and privately fenced for pets to run around. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood - but is very convenient to shopping (eg Walmart), grocery stores, a gas station, restaurants, medical facilities, and recreation. It is only 0.6 miles to access the 45 mile Pinellas Trail for hiking or biking, and only a 2-3 mile drive to the public accesses on Madeira and Redington beaches (and associated shops, restaurants and bars). The owner was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. The unit has internet TV only (no cable, satellite or over-the-air) which works best if you have your own streaming accounts. However the owner helped us get temporary access which turned out great. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we return.
