TO BOOK THIS HOME: To book this home, please send a booking request and include names and ages of each guest. Should guest list change, we must be notified of changes prior to arrival. The Blue Fin is named after our first anniversary trip to a little place down in the keys. It was a special place for us and we hope it becomes a special place for you. The Blue Fin was remodeled with relaxing beach vibes in mind. The home has a front living room with a 65" TV capable of streaming from any of your accounts, several chairs and a comfortable couch. The back sun room gives you vintage old Florida feels with large windows overlooking the back yard, a queen size sleeper sofa, desk and a decorative surf board tucked in the corner. Each bedroom has a 43" TV capable of streaming from any of your accounts. One king bed and one queen bed. Plenty of closet space for your clothes in both rooms. The backyard is fully fenced in and the pool area is entirely screened in with access from a sliding glass door inside. There is a picnic table outside, along with a gas fire pit, gas grill and several pieces of patio furniture. Plenty of beach chairs in the garage if you want to have more chairs outside. The pool is heated to 83. BEACH LIFE We are located 5-6 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach, and just a short drive further north to Clearwater Beach or south to St Pete Beach. Other great beaches lay in between those. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon are provided for you to use. MAXIMUM of 6 guests with some exceptions upon booking. Master bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2) Guest bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Sunroom: Queen pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) PETS: you must disclose the number of dogs (max 2). No cats.
Access
Easy to navigate residential streets and a large double wide driveway where you can park up to 3 cars. Please park in the driveway and be respectful of the families living and kids playing in the neighborhood. NO GARAGE parking.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner and can provide assistance and give you insight to the house and amenities if needed.
Neighborhood
A quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets and sidewalks. A small lake where its always fun to walk down and feed the ducks and turtles. Walmart just blocks away, Seminole Shopping Center, Target and other stores just a short 5-10 minute drive away.
Notes
Professionally cleaned before each booking. Please remember this is a residential neighborhood and keep noise down after 10pm when outside.
House Rules
PETS: You must request approval to bring a pet prior to booking. If an animal is brought without prior approval your reservation will be terminated. If you are traveling with a service or emotional support animal this should be disclosed PRIOR to booking. Should you have a service or ESA, given their role in providing service or emotional support, assistance animals should not be left alone at our home. No cats permitted. Parties and Events: There are not to be any parties or events. I'm not talking about singing happy birthday to your children. The only people that should be at the house are the people on the reservation. A lot can be done with some simple communication, just shoot me a message and we will figure it out if something changes.

We had a terrific stay at The Blue Fin !The house was spacious and well equipped. It left us wanting for nothing.The pool area and fire pit were really enjoyable.Swam everyday what a treat.Close to everything and it was in a nice neighborhood, perfect for walking, with the Pinella trail a short distance from the house.We will definetely be back!The hosts were great with their response time and made everything easy from check in to check out.Definetely a 5 star rating !

We just got back from an amazing stay! The place was incredible—beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the location was perfect, close to so many attractions. The hosts were extremely responsive and made everything seamless. Really nice location easy to get around! House is open floor plan and very spacious and bright. Nathan was responsive and very helpful. Logged us in to his You Tube account. Beds were great, TV’s in both bedrooms. The pool area and the sunroom were favorites, the gas fire pit was an instant hit, and great grill that we used often. Great place for your fur baby totally fenced yard. One of our best stays ever. Traffic was moderate in this area not like other areas in Florida we have stayed…will be back! The place is in a great spot halfway between Clearwater beach and downtown Tampa Bay. The neighborhood is also very nice. The place was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pool.

Nathan was very responsive every time we asked anything- very much appreciated! The house comes with a full supply of beach gear, including nice "high rise" beach chairs that don't sit right on the sand. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented and close to everything. They even had some Christmas decorations and a pre-lit tree we were able to put up. There's an extra freezer/refrigerator in the garage which is very helpful. The TV in the den is big and high quality. We enjoyed our stay!
