Travel for work or pleasure, need a place to stay while your house is remodeled, we have you covered.  The house will have everything you need to enjoy the stay.  Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, grill, outdoor dining area and a beautiful neighborhood.  2 full bathrooms and a 4-6 minute walk to the beach!

Space

The home is just over 1,100 square feet and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  Each bathroom has a shower.  1 bedroom has a queen bed while the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.  There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the back of the living room.  A smart TV in every bedroom and the master lets you log into your streaming accounts.

Access

You will have full access to the house, front yard and backyard.

Neighborhood

This is a quiet family friendly walkable neighborhood.  You are a 5-6 minute walk to the beach.

Transit

Feel free to walk or bike anywhere.  Parking for 2 at the house.  You are welcome to drive to the shops on Clearwater beach just be aware parking can be tough. Short uber and plenty of them if you like.

House Rules

No smoking inside. There will be a $500 minimum fine for smoking inside. Fee free to use the outdoor space to enjoy a smoke but no smoking inside.  No person or pet to stay at the house who is not on the reservation without prior request and permission.
