The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

We loved staying at Nathan's place, it was just the relaxing break we needed. The recommendations were spot on, Doc Ford's is a must. The beaches at are amazing and the beach kit supplied at the house was incredibly useful. We loved the pool and golf at the house and the setup of the central living space.

Myself and 3 friends had a girls mini vacation. We really enjoyed the home. The backyard with the pool and total privacy was the highlight of our stay. Nathan and Joann were prompt to respond when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property!

Very thankful to find Nathan’s place available for two nights when we had to rebook a place last minute. The house was clean, beautiful and lots to do. Would definitely book again. Nathan was very responsive and even allowed us an earlier checkin so our one year old daughter was able to take her midday nap at her appropriate time. We had a lot of fun relaxing in the very private back yard. The landscaping and trees in the backyard made a wonderful background for pictures with the pretty sky as well.

Nathan and his team were very responsive, which was highly appreciated. We had multiple issues with the home which Nathan tried to resolve quickly but we ultimately did not end up staying there. We had a quick turn around for check-out and receiving a refund so thank you for that.

Overall, we had a good experience here. The back yard was so much fun and the pool was the perfect temperature. I subtracted a star due to cleanliness - there were dog/cat hairs all over the house that ended up traveling home with us. The house smelled very musty & had a cigarette odor on our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Nathan’s home! The pool and mini golf in the backyard were a huge hit and provided the perfect setting to host our family for lunch. We brought our two dogs along, and the fenced-in yard was ideal for them to play and explore safely. The house was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nearby trail, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here from Feb 18-22 on a family vacation. The house was easy to find and easy to access. Nathan was accommodating with an earlier check in time. My kids spent every minute in the backyard putting golf balls and swimming in between venturing out to Madeira Beach. Lots of great restaurants ranging from 5 min to 15 min away. Both Nathan and his wife were super responsive of any questions we had and were more than accommodating. We loved our stay!
