The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had 4 kids with us and they spent most of their time in the pool. They had all the supplies needed for a pool day or even a beach day! Nathan was great with check-in/check-out instructions and was very clear. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the St. Pete area!

This listing is great spot for a bachelorette party. All 7 of my guests were able to stay here comfortably. The pool, golf course, and amenities are wonderful. It is about 20-30 drive from St. Pete Beach and downtown. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive when we needed anything.

We loved staying at Nathan's place, it was just the relaxing break we needed. The recommendations were spot on, Doc Ford's is a must. The beaches at are amazing and the beach kit supplied at the house was incredibly useful. We loved the pool and golf at the house and the setup of the central living space.
