The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

We had a wonderful stay at Nathan’s home! The pool and mini golf in the backyard were a huge hit and provided the perfect setting to host our family for lunch. We brought our two dogs along, and the fenced-in yard was ideal for them to play and explore safely. The house was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nearby trail, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here from Feb 18-22 on a family vacation. The house was easy to find and easy to access. Nathan was accommodating with an earlier check in time. My kids spent every minute in the backyard putting golf balls and swimming in between venturing out to Madeira Beach. Lots of great restaurants ranging from 5 min to 15 min away. Both Nathan and his wife were super responsive of any questions we had and were more than accommodating. We loved our stay!

The house itself is ok, pool was nice and golf course was cute but because of the neighbors trees the pool and golf course had to been cleaned to use daily. I see other people found the rental house good but it just wasn’t a great fit for us.

Wonderful accommodations, wonderful host. The pool and backyard area was beautiful, the putting green was phenomenal quality and was very fun. I also loved the neon signs touch. I slept on the air mattress outside in the screened off porch and slept wonderfully as the 4th guest while the others had bedrooms. Great location, great space. Would highly recommend for a family to stay

Nathan was excellent in communicating after storm to see if still available, always quick to answer any question. The neighborhood was nice/safe and super close to things to shop and eat. Home is smaller, but charming how they set it up. They put an amazing Florida room that makes the home seem much larger with a really large outdoor living space ( with A/C and heat ). Then they have another area screened in for outdoor dining. With that space attached to back door, it makes the home feel like it doubled in size for family. The rooms were all a good size so u do not feel cramped. I would def stay here again!!! They even answered my husband quick when my elderly mother locked herself out of her bedroom♥️ They also had miniature golf ⛳️ great for adults and my niece 2yr old.
