The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

This place was perfect! The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The location is ideal—just a short ride to all the best bars and nightlife in St. Petersburg. The backyard felt like our own private slice of paradise—great for hanging out and unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the city but still have a peaceful and comfortable home base. Would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Amenities galore that came in handy during our 4 night stay. The pool was private and the perfect temperature. The kitchen was remodeled and perfect for nights in cooking dinner. The master bedroom and bath was very tiny and difficult to maneuver. Overall, great stay and hosts. Would return!

A++ with customer service on this place. The area in general is still getting back to pre-hurricane. If you go out to shop or eat, call first. But the heat is still brutal, you definitely need this pool!
