We love to eat and assume you do as well, which is why our fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need including an airfryer! Families traveling with little ones will find this vacation home a haven for their needs. We provide an umbrella stroller, high chair, pack n play and kids plates and cups. Please ask if you need anything else. Additional entertainment options are within the property. Engage in friendly competition with a selection of games, or simply gather around for quality time and laughter. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and outside that allows you to sign into whatever streaming platform you use. The pool is heated tot 83 degrees at no charge, so it is comfortable, but it is not a hot tub. We can heat the pool more for an additional cost.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring sidewalks, less thann 1/4 mile to the Pinellas Trail and walkable to Dunkin (.6 miles) and Starbucks (.8 miles)
Transit
30 min to Tampa airport, 20 min to St.Pete/Clearwater Airport Walmart is less than a minute away along with other restaurants and stores.
Notes
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up.
House Rules
No guests sleeping at the property who are not on the registration. Just communicate with us, we want to work with you. No parties. We don't mean singing happy birthday to your kids or grandma. We do mean large groups raging all night. Any police called to the property will result in termination and no refund. No smoking of any kind inside the house. If there is smoking inside the house smelled at all there is a $500 minimum fine. Please use the front porch or outside to enjoy a smoke. Have fun! We just want to be clear about a couple expectations above.

Great place if you want to jar an unforgettable vacations. Nathan was super attentive and friendly. We didn’t have anything to complaint about. Place was very super ultra clean, beds was super comfortable, bathroom clean and packed with all you need. Smelly fresh of the towels and much more. Nathan was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and accommodating. He was a very proactive host and made our stay outstanding. We felt very cared for and the place was lovely. We had an issue with mosquitoes because we went during summer and they immediately sent a bug zapper to the house so that we could handle it. I would absolutely stay with them again.

Nathan was such a great host! He was so accommodating and prompt! We were thrilled that he was able to hold our luggage at the house, so we could easily explore the town without lugging all of our stuff around, until it was time to check-in, and was even able to get us checked in a little earlier! It made our arrival and first day so enjoyable and easy, and we were so appreciative! The house was extremely clean and was the perfect vibe for our girl’s trip! We had a great time, and would definitely stay at one of Nathan’s properties again!

We LOVED our stay - 100% would stay here again! The place is sooo cute - perfect bachelorette vibes! The hosts were super responsive and very quick to respond. Downtown St. Pete was a quick 20 min Uber away.
