We love to eat and assume you do as well, which is why our fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need including an airfryer! Families traveling with little ones will find this vacation home a haven for their needs. We provide an umbrella stroller, high chair, pack n play and kids plates and cups. Please ask if you need anything else. Additional entertainment options are within the property. Engage in friendly competition with a selection of games, or simply gather around for quality time and laughter. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and outside that allows you to sign into whatever streaming platform you use. The pool is heated tot 83 degrees at no charge, so it is comfortable, but it is not a hot tub. We can heat the pool more for an additional cost.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring sidewalks, less thann 1/4 mile to the Pinellas Trail and walkable to Dunkin (.6 miles) and Starbucks (.8 miles)
Transit
30 min to Tampa airport, 20 min to St.Pete/Clearwater Airport Walmart is less than a minute away along with other restaurants and stores.
Notes
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up.
House Rules
No guests sleeping at the property who are not on the registration. Just communicate with us, we want to work with you. No parties. We don't mean singing happy birthday to your kids or grandma. We do mean large groups raging all night. Any police called to the property will result in termination and no refund. No smoking of any kind inside the house. If there is smoking inside the house smelled at all there is a $500 minimum fine. Please use the front porch or outside to enjoy a smoke. Have fun! We just want to be clear about a couple expectations above.

I arrived late at night checkin was easy! Home just as described, smaller than I thought it to be but easily would’ve held 8-10 guest, we had 6. Beds were super comfy!! One comforter had some dirt on it. No biggie - I threw it in the wash (they supplied detergent) There was some animal hair in the outside furniture. I advised the host of the linen issues & dog hair, they were at the property within 1/2 hour with new linens and offered to remove the hair - very impressive! Joann was amazing! She was very helpful in advising us of things to do, she was apologetic about the slight issues we had with the linen & furnishings, extremely friendly, we all talked about an hour lol - she showed us how to use the grill & fire pit. Even turned the heat up in the pool, I just wish it was warmer and stayed warm longer than it did, I didn’t get in because of it, other guest did. My moms bday had passed, she came back with a gift for her!! Very impressed & happy! Will def stay again!!

We had a great stay at Nathan’s Airbnb! There were 8 people and 2 dogs and we all fit. The pool and grill were such nice amenities to have. We were about 25 from downtown and it was easy to drive/Uber there.
