We love to eat and assume you do as well, which is why our fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need including an airfryer! Families traveling with little ones will find this vacation home a haven for their needs. We provide an umbrella stroller, high chair, pack n play and kids plates and cups. Please ask if you need anything else. Additional entertainment options are within the property. Engage in friendly competition with a selection of games, or simply gather around for quality time and laughter. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and outside that allows you to sign into whatever streaming platform you use. The pool is heated tot 83 degrees at no charge, so it is comfortable, but it is not a hot tub. We can heat the pool more for an additional cost.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring sidewalks, less thann 1/4 mile to the Pinellas Trail and walkable to Dunkin (.6 miles) and Starbucks (.8 miles)
Transit
30 min to Tampa airport, 20 min to St.Pete/Clearwater Airport Walmart is less than a minute away along with other restaurants and stores.
Notes
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up.
House Rules
No guests sleeping at the property who are not on the registration. Just communicate with us, we want to work with you. No parties. We don't mean singing happy birthday to your kids or grandma. We do mean large groups raging all night. Any police called to the property will result in termination and no refund. No smoking of any kind inside the house. If there is smoking inside the house smelled at all there is a $500 minimum fine. Please use the front porch or outside to enjoy a smoke. Have fun! We just want to be clear about a couple expectations above.

Great place for a family vacation with friends. Everything was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were good quality. We used them every day. The pool area was great. Location was convenient to beaches and restaurants. We mainly went to the Archibold Memorial Beach Park. Walmart and Publix were supper close too.. I highly recommend this house.

This place was great. They had everything you needed especially for young families. You just show up and enjoy your location. They decorated the place beautifully and hanging out back in the pool was wonderful. Five stars will be back.

This is a perfect stay for a large family. Plenty of room and space for everyone to enjoy. The location was also perfect! Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Nathan was very responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great stay at Nathan’s place. Felt right at home and was comfortable throughout the entire stay. Pool was relaxing and private, kids had lots of fun. Outdoor shower and beach wagon and chairs came in handy. Everything you needed to cook up a meal or throw something on the grill was available. Air fryer came in clutch. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Plenty of towels and paper goods which was a plus. Close to plenty of beaches and restaurants in the area. Nice place to go for a walk there was a nice community lake. Definitely recommend staying here!
