We love to eat and assume you do as well, which is why our fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need including an airfryer! Families traveling with little ones will find this vacation home a haven for their needs. We provide an umbrella stroller, high chair, pack n play and kids plates and cups. Please ask if you need anything else. Additional entertainment options are within the property. Engage in friendly competition with a selection of games, or simply gather around for quality time and laughter. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and outside that allows you to sign into whatever streaming platform you use. The pool is heated tot 83 degrees at no charge, so it is comfortable, but it is not a hot tub. We can heat the pool more for an additional cost.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring sidewalks, less thann 1/4 mile to the Pinellas Trail and walkable to Dunkin (.6 miles) and Starbucks (.8 miles)
Transit
30 min to Tampa airport, 20 min to St.Pete/Clearwater Airport Walmart is less than a minute away along with other restaurants and stores.
Notes
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up.
House Rules
No guests sleeping at the property who are not on the registration. Just communicate with us, we want to work with you. No parties. We don't mean singing happy birthday to your kids or grandma. We do mean large groups raging all night. Any police called to the property will result in termination and no refund. No smoking of any kind inside the house. If there is smoking inside the house smelled at all there is a $500 minimum fine. Please use the front porch or outside to enjoy a smoke. Have fun! We just want to be clear about a couple expectations above.

Great family place with plenty of room. There were pool toys and beach supplies provided. Location is near a pond so great for a morning walk to see birds and turtles, and there are two coffee shops within walking distance. Walmart is a short walk or drive if you need groceries. Lots of beach options in St. Pete Beach or Madeira. Host was responsive and provided some restaurant recommendations.

Our family had a wonderful spring break week at this house! Our kids practically lived in the pool! The house was conveniently located and so close to anything and everything you could need! The hosts were extremely responsive and gave lots of good suggestions for places to eat while we were in the area! Would definitely recommend!! 10/10!!

Palm Haven was clean and had everything we need for ourselves and the kids. The beds were comfortable, the sound machines in every room were so appreciated, the pool area was lovely and the pool was perfect for kids, we had everything we need for a day at the beach, and the hosts were so responsive and proactive. We had a great stay!

Home was exactly as described. Our host was so responsive and helpful as I had many questions in planning for a family of 8 with an infant. Location was perfect, close to beaches and easy to get everywhere. Would definitely rent from them again when we are in the area.

We had a great family vacation! The weather was a little cool but the heated pool was a hit with the whole family. This house is located in a very nice walkable and family friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms very clean and the towels were very nice and fluffy. The location is great - close drive to the beaches and activities and the Walmart close by was very helpful. Joann was very helpful when we had questions and Nathan was friendly and made us feel welcome in his home. Would definitely love to return as would the rest of my family.

Checking in to the house was a breeze! Upon arrival we found the shower head was clogged in one of the bathrooms. We contacted Joanna & they sent the cleaner out the next day & ordered a new shower head. Shortly after the cleaner left we found the fridge & freezer were not working. We travel with our own food because I have several food allergies, so that was a big hit. We unfortunately had to throw a lot away. They responded quickly & got a tech out there with in 1.5 hours but he did not fix the issue (& we notified them multiple times & never heard back). We were without a fridge/freezer for the duration of our stay which made things difficult... we were grocery shopping right before every meal, which is tedious, more costly. But their kitchen is the most stocked kitchen I have seen for a rental, which was helpful.
