We love to eat and assume you do as well, which is why our fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need including an airfryer! Families traveling with little ones will find this vacation home a haven for their needs. We provide an umbrella stroller, high chair, pack n play and kids plates and cups. Please ask if you need anything else. Additional entertainment options are within the property. Engage in friendly competition with a selection of games, or simply gather around for quality time and laughter. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and outside that allows you to sign into whatever streaming platform you use. The pool is heated tot 83 degrees at no charge, so it is comfortable, but it is not a hot tub. We can heat the pool more for an additional cost.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring sidewalks, less thann 1/4 mile to the Pinellas Trail and walkable to Dunkin (.6 miles) and Starbucks (.8 miles)
Transit
30 min to Tampa airport, 20 min to St.Pete/Clearwater Airport Walmart is less than a minute away along with other restaurants and stores.
Notes
We want you to have fun! Our biggest request is that you communicate with us so we can make sure you have a great time. Please let us know if the guest or pet count changes. We have 5+ other properties nearby that may suit your needs if this one isn't right or the dates don't line up.
House Rules
No guests sleeping at the property who are not on the registration. Just communicate with us, we want to work with you. No parties. We don't mean singing happy birthday to your kids or grandma. We do mean large groups raging all night. Any police called to the property will result in termination and no refund. No smoking of any kind inside the house. If there is smoking inside the house smelled at all there is a $500 minimum fine. Please use the front porch or outside to enjoy a smoke. Have fun! We just want to be clear about a couple expectations above.

Muy linda casa, con todas las ammenities para nuestra estadia. Los anfitriones responden muy rapido e incluso dan datos locales sin pedirlos. Sabanas y toallas limpias, piscina con accesorios, cerca de la playa. Cerca de sendero para caminar con mascota, correr o andar en bicicleta. A 8 minutos de Madeira Beach.

Overall great stay. The place and location were really nice. We appreciated it being very well equipped for families with pool and beach gear. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive. At one point the AC did stop working but they both worked hard to get it fixed quickly. We made some great memories here and really appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Highly recommend.

Great place! Lots of amenities including pool and yard games! Plenty of room for all guests (we had 10 total). They also made the Airbnb very homey by providing necessities such as bug spray, paper plates, coffee and filters, paper towels, trash bags and toiletries and much more! Nathan and Joann were very accommodating and responsive through out the who process. Also, checking out was simple and easy. Would highly recommend to others and would reach out to them to rent again!
